Flavorful & tender

Our animals are raised on a free choice hay and grain diet, allowing them to finish between 16-18 months of age for maximum tenderness and flavor. We adhere to leading best practices in animal stewardship and care. Every animal is raised from calf to finished steer in our care. Animal welfare is our top priority and we are Beef Quality Assurance certified.

Buying farm direct

When you buy straight from the farmer you guarantee a fair price for both parties. We cut out the middleman to deliver beef that is raised and processed locally, supporting multiple small businesses. 

 

Purchasing beef directly from the farm is done by the animal. You can purchase in increments of 1/4; payment weight is calculated by hanging weight after slaughter. You decide how you want your beef back: the size of the hamburger packages, how your steaks are cut and packaged, and more.

2023 Prices

Our beef price is currently $2.50 per pound hanging weight. Buyer pays processing.

 

Our average quarter ranges from 225-275 lbs hanging weight.

All of our beef is processed through the Durand Smokehouse.
